Problems
The problem statement is to systematize and prioritize operational inquiries for a web application. The web application receives a large volume of inquiries related to its operations, such as technical issues, user feedback, and feature requests. However, there is no proper system in place to manage and prioritize these inquiries. The lack of systematization and prioritization results in a delay in addressing critical issues and responding to user feedback. It also leads to inefficiencies in managing resources, as the team spends time on low-priority inquiries while high-priority ones remain unaddressed.
Process
The goal is to improve the web application's operational efficiency, enhance the user experience, and ensure that all inquiries receive appropriate attention and resolution.
